Service and merchant responsibility
Google Reviews Connect Widget is provided by Caveman Computer Consulting for merchants using Wix. It lets authorized merchants connect their own Google Business Profile through Wix, choose their business location, display available Google reviews and an aggregate rating, manage publication decisions and customize widgets.
You are responsible for using a business profile and website you are authorized to manage, maintaining an authorized Google connection, choosing lawful display settings, testing your website and complying with applicable law and your Wix and Google obligations. This independent app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Subscription and cancellation
The Unlimited plan includes all app features with no app-imposed review-count limit for US $2.59 per month or US $31.08 per year, billed annually for the yearly option, plus applicable taxes shown by Wix. Review availability depends on the connected profile and provider APIs. Wix handles checkout, renewals and subscription management under the terms presented during purchase. No free trial is promised by these terms.
Canceling auto-renewal preserves access through the paid period recognized by Wix. When Wix marks the subscription inactive, paid review access and public review display become unavailable after the app's next successful subscription check. Saved settings and moderation decisions are retained. A temporary billing outage may affect status checks. Review your website after any subscription change.
Cancellation, refunds and mandatory consumer rights are governed by the applicable purchase terms and law. Contact support for assistance; these terms do not promise a particular refund outcome.
Operation and limitations
The app reads available reviews live through Wix's Google Business Profile services. It requires a supported business profile managed by the connecting Google account. Reviews, aggregate ratings, availability and response times depend on Wix, Google, the connection and network conditions. The app's public widget hides when required connection or review data is unavailable. It does not promise continuous service or access to reviews the provider does not return.
Publication and ordering choices affect the widget display; they do not edit the original Google reviews or recalculate the business's overall Google rating. You are responsible for truthful presentation of reviews and for complying with applicable review, consumer-protection and platform requirements. The app does not provide legal advice or certify compliance.
Network interruptions, Wix or Google changes and browser behavior can affect results. Test the widget after relevant website, connection or app changes. Different editors, themes and placements may require configuration.
Acceptable use and access
Use the app only for sites and business profiles you are authorized to administer. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or upload content you lack rights to use. Keep account credentials secure. We may restrict access to address abuse or security threats as permitted by applicable law and Wix's platform rules.
Changes and termination
Features may be updated to maintain compatibility or improve the service. Material changes to pricing or these terms will be communicated as required by law and Wix's policies. You may stop using and uninstall the app. Uninstallation, subscription cancellation and revoking Google's connection are separate actions; confirm the relevant actions when ending use. Rights and service availability
The publisher retains rights in the app; merchants and other rights holders retain rights in their own content and configuration. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
